Brisbane Commitment Ceremonies
You’ve found your soul mate, the person you wish to grow old with but don’t wish to be legally married or are unable to be legally married.

Gay marriages, gay weddings, lesbian weddings and civil partnerships are not legal in Queensland.

A Brisbane commitment ceremony is very similar to a Brisbane wedding ceremony only rather than being a legally binding ceremony, it is a public affirmation of a couple's commitment to one another.

Often the couples are a same-sex couple, and are therefore unable to marry legally under Australian law.

Commitment ceremonies are also chosen by heterosexual couples who wish to make a commitment to each other, without legal paperwork.

Commitment ceremonies can still be just as nice as wedding ceremonies and can include the exchange of rings, candles, a ring warming ceremony, sand ceremony and other rituals and readings often included in marriage ceremonies.

Couples will sign and receive a commitment certificate on their special day.

Neal is available to conduct commitment ceremonies weekdays and weekends.
