Neal Foster as soon as possible after you have set the date
and chosen the venue.
You will need
to have the following documents with you:
Confirmation
of Booking form and Booking Fee (if not already sent
to Neal)
Notice of Intended Marriage

The Marriage Celebrant.
This document must be received by Neal no later than one
month and one day prior to your wedding day.
Original Birth
Certificates (If born outside Australia and Birth
Certificates are unavailable, bring your passports) plus
photocopies
Original Decree
Nisi/Original Divorce Certificate/Original Death Certificate
(If you have been previously married, divorce or death
certificates are required) plus photocopies
Full Names of Two Witnesses
(these must be people over 18 years who will be attending
the ceremony and prepared to sign the wedding documentation)
At this meeting the style of the wedding will
be discussed as well as what you want to include in the Wedding
Ceremony and the various readings and options available to you.
The non refundable $200 booking fee is required at this time
if you wish to go ahead. This is deductible from the fee on
the fees page.
The balance of fees is due at the second meeting.
