Brisbane Naming Ceremony - A lovely way to welcome a new child to the world

Neal Foster, The Marriage Celebrant, will provide a baby naming ceremony that celebrates and recognises the important and joyous occasion of the birth of a child.

This beautiful event brings families and friends together to share their joy, and to pledge their love, devotion and commitment to the child.

The ideal time and location for Brisbane baby naming ceremonies is 11am on a Sunday in your own backyard.

Comfortable familiar surroundings, everyone knows where to go and you can then have a BBQ to celebrate

Your child will receive a Naming Certificate.

Baby namings, christenings and baptisms are time honoured traditions but they are not required by law in Australia, and are therefore not legal ceremonies (this applies not only to my baby naming ceremonies but any baby naming ceremonies performed by any celebrant in Australia).

If you are intending to name your child Number 16 Bus Shelter, Tula Does the Hula From Hawaii, Midnight Chardonnay, Violence or Blanket please do not contact me.

For the sake of your child, please think through the repercussions when naming your child.

If you give your child an odd or difficult to spell name you run the risk of doing serious psychological damage to your child.

Children with different names can be taunted by other children throughout their important growing years.
